Environmental Quality Council (EQC)
The Environmental Quality Council has just completed a new publication, Permitting in Montana - A reference guide to three environmental permits. The permitting primer is an 8 by 11.5 inch color brochure that presents the processes for obtaining air quality, wastewater and opencut mining permits in an easy to understand visual format.Two formats are available, a PDF copy to view on screen and another PDF copy for printing.
