n Membership in Western Planner Resources (WPR), a regional planning organization;

n Subscription to The Western Planner, a monthly journal published by WPR; 

n Funding and support for education and training;

n Legislative activity to fight for and protect planning interests at the Montana Legislature;

n MAP mentoring program;

n Linkage with the American Planning Association;

n Opportunities for professional development; and 

n A statewide network of planning professionals that can provide technical support and advice.
